Terms & Conditions MG Medical Transport LLC — Direct NEMT Services
Last updated: August 25, 2026
These Terms govern your use of MG Medical Transport LLC’s website at https://nemt.morninggloryhomehealth.com and our non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services based in 1205 Golden Eagle St, Pflugerville, TX 78660. MG Medical Transport is a direct local carrier, not a marketplace or broker. We operate our own vehicles and drivers for private-pay NEMT; we do not compare quotes from third-party providers.
1. Who We Are
MG Medical Transport LLC (MG Medical Transport LLC) is a private-vehicle NEMT provider listed in the national NPI registry, headquartered at 1205 Golden Eagle St, Pflugerville, TX 78660. Service area: Pflugerville, Austin, Round Rock, Travis County, Williamson County. Affiliated care experience via Morning Glory Residential Living and Home Health Care LLC (serving the community since 2018). Phone (512) 669-3225, email info@mgmedicaltransport.com.
2. Services & Scope
We provide scheduled, non-emergency transportation only:
- Medical appointments, dialysis, chemotherapy, outpatient therapy
- Hospital admissions & discharges, acute care facility transfers, adult daycare
- Pharmacy medication pickup
- Ambulatory (walk-on) and wheelchair-accessible van service with securement
We do not provide emergency ambulance, stretcher/bariatric gurney transport requiring supine positioning, or long-distance ALS/BLS. If lying flat, active monitoring, or oxygen beyond a portable concentrator is required per clinical orders, we will refer you to an appropriate stretcher or ambulance provider. For any emergency call 911.
Vehicle assignment (ambulatory vs wheelchair van) is based on the details you provide at booking. See Choose the Right Ride for guidance.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Request ~48 hours in advance; we operate Monday–Saturday.
- Provide full pickup/drop-off addresses (not just facility names), appointment time, trip type (one-way/round/recurring), ride type, mobility/equipment, stairs, and whether a companion rides.
- Confirmations include date, pickup window, ride type, and price basis. Driver/vehicle details may follow closer to trip time.
- Pickup windows are estimates; traffic, facility discharge delays, and weather affect timing. Build buffer for strict appointments.
4. Rider Responsibilities
- Disclose accurately: wheelchair type (manual/power, width/weight), transfer ability, oxygen/companion, stairs/elevator, and bariatric needs. Undisclosed needs may require re-dispatch or refusal for safety.
- Have ID, discharge paperwork, medications, and belongings ready before arrival to avoid billable wait.
- Ensure a clear path from parking to bed/chair; secure pets; have keys/fobs/gate codes ready. See our booking checklist in Choose the Right Ride.
- One adult point of contact with a live phone is required through the window.
5. Pricing & Payment
- Private-pay only. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Texas Medicaid members may have NEMT benefits via their managed care plan — arrange through your plan’s transportation line; we can coordinate timing but you settle payment with us.
- Price basis: base + mileage + tolls + waiting beyond grace period + after-hours/holiday when applicable. Quote confirms what is included.
- Payment at booking or on ride day per confirmation. Receipts available for HSA/tax records.
- No surge pricing. Recurring schedules (e.g., dialysis) quoted as standing weekly rate; changes with 48h notice.
See Rates & Pricing and “How we price” on the homepage.
6. Cancellations, Waiting & No-Shows
- Cancel/reschedule with as much notice as possible; <24h may incur fee equal to base charge.
- Waiting time: quoted grace period included; excess billed in 15-min increments.
- No-show after confirmed window may be billed as completed trip.
- If hospital discharge shifts, call immediately — we rework assignment rather than cancel.
7. Safety & Accessibility
- Wheelchair securement via 4-point tie-downs; occupant restraints required. Drivers check securement at every boarding.
- Door-through-door and bed-to-bed assistance only when pre-booked and agreed; otherwise curb-to-curb or door-to-door to lobby.
- Vehicles cleaned before each trip; climate checked. Drivers vetted before joining the team and trained in patient assistance.
- We follow manufacturer lift/ramp ratings — disclose combined chair+passenger weight and chair width.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect only what is needed for the ride: contact, route, mobility/accessibility, and timing. See Privacy Policy and HIPAA & Patient Data. When a covered entity sends PHI on your behalf, a Business Associate Agreement must be in place before we accept it.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
- NEMT is not medical advice; we do not determine clinical necessity. Follow your clinician/facility orders and discharge instructions.
- We are not an emergency provider. For medical emergencies call 911.
- To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the trip at issue; no consequential damages.
- Texas law governs; venue in Travis or Williamson County, TX.
